Confirm with if Hire will work for:

Background Check/Fingerprints
Instruction for Background Check:
- Motivated Care will provide the Service Code 1588JG to the hire.
- The hire must call Identogo at 877-472-6915 and provide the Service Code.
- Identogo will perform the fingerprinting and background check, then send the results to the DOE.
- Motivated Care will email Rita; rveneka@schools.nyc.gov to confirm Hire is cleared.

Offer Letter
Send an offer letter and contract to the applicant to be signed within 1 day
